Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) is fighting tooth and nail against Pakistan’s atrocious crackdown over the Afghan refugees.

In a latest development, PTM has convened a meeting in Karachi regarding the sudden and brutal repatriation efforts initiated by Pakistan against the Afghan civilians. After the meeting, PTM announced to hold a protest against the ongoing injustice on Friday, September 22, at Ziauddin Hospital Karachi. As per PTM, the protest will be held to raise the voice against this injustice.

Furthermore, on 23 September , PTM will host a cultural event celebrating the Pashtun culture and tradition. The site for the cultural event will be the same as protest, that is, Ziauddin Hospital, Karachi.

After Chitral clashes between the Pakistan Army and TTP, Paki establishment, on September 11, waged a brutal crackdown over the Afghan refugees residing in Karachi. In a repatriation effort of the undocumented Afghans, Pakistan is exercising absolute brutality. Consequently, a human rights crisis has started in the region. And that is why, PTM has aligned with the justice seeking demands of the Afghan refugees.
